A chef by trade, well aware of what it means to button up a chef’s jacket since the age of 15.
Raised among stoves, chapulinas and chambeles, grandson of a marengo fisherman and a baker, a lover of his land and his sea – heart of both the garden and the bay.
Proud of his marengo DNA, which blends Galician heritage and Málaga blood, and embraced since childhood by that unique region known as La Axarquía.
